Subject: Small ripples along the bottom edge
Note: AEP event is not allowed.
SYMPTOM
Small ripples may be noticeable along the bottom edge of the TV.
CAUSE
Our slimmest 4K Ultra High-Definition TV Series (X90C & XD93) incorporates a number of manufacturing
techniques to produce an ultra-slim design. However, due to the precise techniques used to create a screen that is
bezel-free, under certain conditions, small ripples may be noticeable along the bottom edge of the TV.
SOLUTION
Please inform customer that this is normal and is a result of sophisticated edge-coating procedure used during the
manufacturing process.
