■ Symptom                           
                           
TV turns on and off every 20 seconds after downloading firmware.                           
                           
                           
■ Solution                           
                           
After Smart TV or Samsung logo is displayed on the screen, press "Mute", "2", "5", "8", "EXIT" on the remote.                           
                           
Steps to resolve this problem ;                           
                           
   Step1. Press "Mute", "2", "5", "8", "EXIT" on the remote after you see the Smart TV logo as below.
