R5F100GEAFB#30 QFP48 RENESAS programming

Can anyone who has read and written the RENESAS  R5F100GEAFB#30 _ QFP48_ MCU , widely used in LG TVs even on OLED generation . I am using RT809H but it was just confirmed that it can neither read no write this Renesas ic.
What Programmer can I get to use, I just want to know from someone who has done it.

читать эту микросхему  не может ни  один программатор , микросхема блокируется на чтение при  записи .
Записать можно с помощью  Easy NAND Tiny Tools  или  USB-SPI v2.0

При  желании прошивку можно вытащить из  обновления для  телевизора  LG .

Thank you very much for your response. If you have some notes on how to go by please help. I get some of the sets stuck on standby and i have always managed to harvest from scrap boards. My worry is i will run out of scrap boards.
