Subject: No audio through connected audio device.
SYMPTOM
When switching on TV after long stand-by, no audio from the audio device (Sound bar, A/V receiver, Home Theatre System) connected via the HDMI ARC port after SW update to PKG 6.5830.
CAUSE
Software error after update to PKG 6.5830.
SOLUTION
A software update will fix the issue.
As a temporary solution, please follow the steps below to solve the issue.
NOTE: Set [Audio system prioritisation] to on before following the steps below.
[HOME] -> [Settings] -> [Sound] -> [Audio system prioritisation]
