Software Upgrade Procedure for NEX Chassis [REVISION 1]
SYMPTOM
This Technical Bulletin describes the software upgrading procedure for the NEX Chassis.
SOLUTION
Preparation
Take a USB2 device (FAT32 format).
Download the appropriate software attached to Technical Bulletin 08TV062.

19 inch NEX_19inch_x.xxx.zip
26 inch NEX_26inch_x.xxx.zip
32 inch NEX_32inch_x.xxx.zip
Unzip the zip file and copy the “upgrades” folder to the USB device.
Upgrade procedure
1. Switch ON the LCD TV and enter the “Factory Service Menu” pressing [Info] => [5] => [Volume+] => [Power] on
the remote commander.
2. Select “Service General Menu” => “Software Upgrade” => “Start” by pressing the [OK] button ( .).
