No Pairing after Wireless Module Exchange 1231
SYMPTOM
After exchanging the wireless communication board, it is impossible to do the pairing process.
CAUSE
Defective service part module HM500 or HM501.
SOLUTION
In case of a defective HM500/501 module, replace to a new one.
IMPORTANT
Claim the board as DOA via ERPC (Customer Support).
