Subject: Filter for 3D glasses
SYMPTOM
When watching 3D content the image may be disturbed by crosstalk.
CAUSE
3D glasses for the listed models do not have a polarizer to avoid flickering of environment light. Because of this,
when leaning your face aslant, picture crosstalk arises due to the polarization axis of the lens inclines.
SOLUTION
Add a filter to the front side of the 3D glasses lenses (image side), following the instructions supplied with the filter.

IMPORTANT
* In case the customer experiences flickering of environment light after applying the filter, it is highly recommended
to stop using this filter immediately.
* These filters are prepared only for customers who strongly complain about “double image”. It is necessary to warn
them that applying a filter may worsen the flickering.
Changing the nose pad
Two types of nose pad are available, one for adults (M type) and one for children (L type). The bigger L type will
guarantee that enough distance exists between the eye and lens.
