Subject: Juddering image when watching 2160p (4K) output from Set-top box [REVISION 1].
SYMPTOM
Juddering image when watching 2160p (4K) output from UHD Set-top boxes (Sky Q UHD box, BT UHD box, …) via
HDMI. Like shown in following link.
SOLUTION
If the customer points out the above symptom, update the firmware to version 3.509 or above. Follow the update
procedure explained in Technical Bulletin 15TV017 (GN1T chassis) and 16TV011 (GN2SK chassis).
