I am using RT809H Prog. The TV came with Green and Pink Horizontal Bars. When I was backing-up the EMMC lifespan usage was 30-40%. 14.6GB. 
I tried a 65'' Emmc backup i got from this site but now the Pairing up of the Board & Tcon to the screen failed to happen (Green / Orange Blinks) so i wrote back the original backup and now ended up with a complete dead set after it came back to original fault.
I have also ordered a new MT5832KGIJ Chip and 16gb Emmc. So I wanted to try writing a good 75'' emmc , please help if u can unless i am going the wrong direction.

Это проблема процессора FRC. Прошивка исправна. Sony рекомендовали менять системную плату. Тебе могу посоветовать снять радиатор с FRC (черный радиатор, если память не изменяет в верхнем углу), осмотреть и прогреть 45 сек. температурой 400 град. феном. Редко помогало в диагностике. А правильно: менять чипсет.

Thank you for your advise me, i will do that after i get the set coming on. Surprisingly the standby led comes on if i write the 65'' emmc and 5blinks error code, but there is no life on the board when I write the backup I saved when the set came in.

5 ошибка будет без подключения ткона. Или ты выбрал прошивку из чужого сегмента этого шасси (несовместимо).

Finally the TV came back to the original Thick Horizontal Bars ( I wrote Boot1 & 2  from the 65'' backup and wrote the user from my backup i made when TV arrived).
I removed the radiator and reflowed the 2 chips under the black radiator with a BGA machine, -was not sure which one so I did them one at a time and tested, the bars are still there like u said- it rarely solves the problem. I even reflowed the cpu-MT5832.
 Please kindly advise which one of the 2 I should replace IC4600-MST7411FD or ic408-CXD4760GG. I have attached the board photo.
