Subject: AD cable connector not fully seated
Symptom: No Picture or Vertical Lines present in the picture
Corrective Action: Remove the Main Video and Audio Modules using the disassembly procedure as described in the Service Manual. Inspect the AD cable harness at connector CN101 on the Main Display Panel for an incorrectly seated plug. The AD cable connects the Main Display Panel to the Main Video / IO Panel. See Figure 1.
