Looking for Vestel 17MB130S VES550QNDL-2D-U12 SPI and NAND Dump

I have continuous blinking red light,
tried using USB update but no activity on USB
Next step is to flash SPI (25L1606E) manually and/or NAND (29F4G08ABAEA)
If anyone has these files for:

Mainboard: 17MB130S
Panel: VES550QNDL-2D-U12
