Shutdown 9 Blinks, poor cold start C6727
Symptoms / Customer Description
Try to turn TV on and it shutsdown and the StandBy LED flashes 9 blink intervals.

Solution
During cold conditions the TV may not start.
We made a change to the GI1 board to improve the cold start condition.
Replace C6727 on the GI1 board with part number 1-107-875-91 (220uF 10V).
NOTE: This cap is located on the A side of the board toward the top (see pics below)
