Detail explanation of symptom
1. Symptom
- Sheet Wrinkles occur on the LCD bottom side as a result of heat.
2. Cause : Issue with IC801 on the power board.
- LED current is increased.
[Action]
If Sheet wrinkle occurs as shown in the right picture, ONLY after power supply is determined to be defective.
replace with new Power board and Panel
To determine old or new Power Supply:
1) Check the IC801 (at the bottom of the Power Board)
IC801 revision, (Old) IW7025 (New) IW7029

Replace with new power board produced since Oct. 13, 2014.
1. Check the production date through the Barcode (PSU S/N) on the power board.
If PSU was produced before Oct. 12, 2014, then it must be replaced.

2. Check the LED + voltage between P211 and P210 by using digital multi meter.
