Background :Some of units are appear Raster Distortion at 53KHz under H-position change time

Root Cause Horizontal out put noise (JP35) impact to High Voltage process
Solution : - JP35 Delete and GND 40mm Wire connect between D405 and D406 location.
. Raster Distortion Countermeasure : delete the JP35
. Vertical Bounding Countermeasure : Jumper wire connector between D405 to D406
