Symptom: Intermittent crack noise from the unit after warm up and during cool down.
Cause: The crack sound is generated due to thermal expansion differences of
two connected parts.
Remedy: Installing plastic washers between mounting bracket and a panel
minimizes the undesirable sound.
Procedure: Follow the four steps procedure to install the washers.
Use the washers from service kit, part number XWA10VIERA.
Step1 Remove back cover and then remove 6 screws as indicated on Fig.1
