Symptom: Shut down upon power ON then power LED blinking 7 times.
Cause: Shorted Q6601 & Q6622. In some cases, R6821 value is reduced (check resistance reading, normal
value should be between 209Ω - 231Ω) & also visually inspect resistor if discolored due to heating up. In both
cases replace R6821.
Remedy: Replace Q6601, Q6622 & check/replace R6821
