Symptom: Power LED red, no click from the relay
Troubleshooting:
1. Check IVDD supply voltage @ pin 24 of IC1100 (STB3.3V).
2. If 3.3V is OK next check system clock (10MHz). T.P. pin 66 & 67 of IC1100 (see waveform below)
