Random / Intermittent Power Cycling (Resetting)
- SYMPTOM:
The TV powers OFF and ON by itself.
- REPAIR GUIDE:
1) Check WD / AR Count in Factory Menu > SVC > Info > ER Count. WD or AR count should be greater than 0.
2) Replace the main PCB ONLY IF the TV was manufactured in April, 2014 or earlier and the serial number is listed in Contact Samsung in the TV’s menu (Menu>Support>Contact Samsung).
3) Update the TV’s S/W to the latest version.
(Note: Make sure to download the SW file from SAMSUNG.COM prior to customer visit.)
