SYMPTOM Various symptoms as follows:
· When the WSS (Wide Screen Switching) signal is enabled, the set changes its
aspect ratio automatically for a short time at random. This only happens when
receiving certain broadcasts containing WSS information.
· Audio output does not work with external 2 input.
· Picture breaks up at the top when using progressive scan (480p & 580p) on
component input.
CAUSE Software.
ACTION Update the main microprocessor software to the latest version.
