SYMPTOM Inverter PWB and or Lamp connector damaged on sets with serial numbers LC37B20E ***511112 to ***612621,
LC37X20E ***411112 to 711016906
CAUSE The lamp socket connector breaks down into the metal LCD panel chassis due to possible backlight lamp not igniting.
ACTION Check and replace any lamp with a printed lot number of 19***,20***,21*** see figure 1,any suspect socket, fit the improved inverter PWB and update the main software. Check service menu and clear any lamp errors.
