SYMPTOM Any of the following conditions:
o The LED lighting becomes disturbed after having had the unit on for a period of time
and after being turned off for 6 to 8 seconds the disturbance occurs.
o The LED-TCON data is lost when [initializing to factory] setting is performed and after
replacing the LCD TCOB unit, requiring the readjustment of the LCD-TCON data.
o In the [Picture adjustment] – [Advanced] – [Colour Temp] – [R Gain/G Gain/B Gain]
menu, when the adjusting setting value is changed for less, the colour becomes
stronger.
o When using HDMI input and the image displayed is changed from a 1080P/24Hz
signal to wallpaper picture, the image becomes disturbed.
o Poor wallpaper picture.
CAUSE Control software error.
ACTION Update the software as per the service manual using the latest software on our web
site and USB memory device.
