SYMPTOM When in the DTV teletext mode, the Service Information Banner is displayed instead
of the "Channel Banner".
CAUSE Error in the loaded Digital software between serial numbers 806511112 and
806512184.
ACTION Update the Digital software using the instructions given in the service manual using
the latest digital software available on the tech web site.
