SYMPTOM Loss of DTV Channels, on screen message “Database Empty”.
CAUSE DTV data corruption.
ACTION Update the Main, NVM and DTV firmware to the latest versions, also available from
this website. Failure to update all firmware together may result in no DTV access.
Please refer to the service manual for the update procedures and “General
Information” tab from the model selection list for the update programmes where they
are now available for download.
