SYMPTOM Will not start-up when set has been in standby.
CAUSE The resistors R817,R818,R819 on the power supply PWB are out of tolerance.
ACTION Replace all 3 surface mounted resistors using Figure 1 for location and ensure the set
has the latest operating software installed using the instructions on page 2.
