SYMPTOM Access to “AquosNet+” is refused.
When a customer tries to access “AquosNet+”,access is denied.
In some cases, the customer may see and error code “E999”.
CAUSE The “AquosNet+” license key data was duplicated and written to more than one unit
during production.
ACTION The following methods MUST be carried out to allow access to “AquosNet+”.
Failure to carry out ALL of the actions described will result in access being denied
even after the key has been written.
