PROBLEM Some modern HDMI devices are displaying no picture and no sound when connected
to the TV via HDMI.
CAUSE Upon investigate it has been found that 2 possible issues can cause this problem:
1. Supplied HDMI cable – HDMI cables have been pinned out and discovered that
they are not fully wired and / or wired incorrectly
2. The device is not backwards compatible with the HDMI specification
