Phenomenon The channel of DTV is changed with the channel UP/DOWN key when viewing the
TELETEXT in the DTV mode.
Cause The channel UP/DOWN key command to DTV is not masked in TELETEXT mode.
Servicing To solve this phenomenon, please take the following steps.
1. Change IC3501 from RH-IXA799WJN1Q to RH-IXA799WJN2Q.
2. Change the EEPROM data value of VCR TH L (50) from 616 to 622.
a) Entering the adjustment process mode, confirm the version is 1.8 or more. (Fig. 1)
b) Select the page 2 with the cursor UP/DOWN keys and move the cursor to the FLI2310,
and press the OK(ENTER) key to display the page of FLI2310. (Fig. 2)
c) Select the page 3 of FLI2310 with the cursor UP/DOWN keys and move the cursor to
the VCR TH L (50), and change the value of VCR TH L (50) from 616 to 622. Then
press OK(ENTER) key to establish the change. (Fig. 3)
d) Turn off the power.
