Phenomenon Power does not turn on. Power indicator blinks 2 times.
Cause Protection circuit works when the base of Q709 is affected by the starting noise from PFC
circuit.
Servicing When you service the sets, please modify the power unit as follows.
1. Remove Q746.
2. Add a jumper wire (QCNW-D638WJQZ) between the base of Q751 and the 2nd pin of
PC701.
