General IC1911 on DVI unit has been changed to avoid occurrence of the following phenomenon.

Phenomenon Cannot display 720P/50Hz signal from DVI-I input.
Cause IC1911 have no EDID data compatible with this signal.
Servicing When servicing the set within the serial number range above, please change IC1911 to the new parts
VHI24LC2BINBES. This new IC1911 contains 720P/50Hz EDID data.
