General We inform you of main software upgrade. The following phenomena have been solved in the
new main software version.
Phenomenon • The remote control might not work with the following sequence.
1) Turn the TV set off to enter standby mode.
2) Unplug the AC code of the TV set.
3) Plug the AC code after waiting for about 20 seconds.
4) Send some signal to the TV set by using other remote control (other company’s one, etc.).
5) Turn the TV set on with its power key.
6) The TV does not respond to the remote control.
• When the channel is changed, the picture is normal but the TV set might not respond to any
operation keys and remote control.
• The OPC mode would change to OFF with the following sequence.
1) While receiving ATV signal (AV mode: Dynamic), set the OPC mode to ON.
2) Turn the TV set off and on.
3) The OPC mode changes to OFF. When the AV mode is selected to Dynamic again, the OPC
mode returns to ON.
