SUBJECT: Dead, no turn on or no picture.
SYMPTOM: The unit tries to turn on, but there is no picture. The following voltages
are missing or very low: Vscan, Vs, Ve and Vset. The Address voltage (Va) is OK.
Refer to panel sticker for proper voltage levels.
REPAIR: Replace the Logic PCB.
