SUBJECT: No Video/Audio Okay
SYMPTOM: The unit will have a no video condition but the audio will be okay.
PROCEDURE:
Check for the presence of 24VDC on pins 1 through 5 at CNM802 and CNM803 of
the power supply PCB. If the voltage is not present replace the power supply PCB.
