SUBJECT: Erratic remote control operation, the unit turns on but will not
change channels or volume level.
Repair: Remove the rear cover and verify the cable from the side panel buttons to
the main PCB is not pinched against the housing or the mounting screws. The
cable is shown in figure 1. Reinstall the cable verifying the cable is dressed
properly.
