SUBJECT: No Power and / or Horizontal Output Transistor Failure
PROCEDURE: The above condition(s) can be caused by one or more defective resistors
on the Power Supply Board. These resistors are changing value causing the power supply
to regulate improperly. The defective resistors were installed between August and October
of 2005. The serial numbers have "8" or "9" or "A" or “B” following the letter "Y" in the mid
portion of the serial number (Ex) 39HG3CAY800201M 39HG3CAY910203M
39HG3CAYA11222M). The resistor locations are shown in Figure 1 and 2.
