BACKGROUND: For the models listed in this bulletin two panel versions were used
during production runs. They are the V4 panel incorporated from beginning to mid
production and the V5 panel used during later production.
IDENTIFICATION:
1. How to identify which panel version is used in the unit.
2. Locate the sticker on the side of the unit.
3. If there is no version number listed then you have a V4 panel PDP. See figure 1.
4. If the version number is SBO2 then you have a V5 panel PDP. See figure 2.
5. Before running the call on one of these models you should first contact the customer
and have them confirm the panel version via the phone.
