SUBJECT: Firmware upgrade guide.
SYMPTOM: Video flickering using H20-100 Satellite Set Top Box in 720p,
1080i through the HDMI connection.
REPAIR: Firmware upgrade instructions for1080p LCD TVs.
See attachment for step by step instructions on locating the file on GSPN.
1. On GSPN, click on the zip file:
o “LNS4096,4696 ver.1019.zip (15750KB)” for LNS**96
o “LNS4095,4695 ver.1021.zip (12034KB)” for LNS**95
o Wait for download to complete.
2. Using a blank USB flash drive (check the directory and verify there are no files are on the
drive), extract the zip file selecting the flash memory as the destination drive.
3. When complete, the flash drive should have the following files:
