SUBJECT: Color setting on analog channels not retained in customer menu
(software version prior to 1029).
SYMPTOM: Changing channels resets actual color level to “factory” while the
customer color level setting in the “Picture” menu remains the same (see picture
below). This is most evident when setting color to “0” and changing between RF
analog and digital channels.
REPAIR: Update software to version 1032 or higher.
PROCEDURE: Software and instructions on how to download and install are
