SUBJECT: TV does not memorize the Picture setting or there is Audio skipping when
connected to an HDMI source. Firmware upgrade required.
NOTE: This is a mandatory upgrade that should be performed on all above models for repair
no matter what the symptom is!
SYMPTOM:
1. The TV does not memorize the Picture setting on User Menu
When connected to HDMI sources, if customer changes the channel or turns the TV off and
then on after changing the Picture mode to ‘Movie’ or ‘Standard’, it will automatically return to
'Dynamic' mode. This only happens with HDMI connection and Firmware ver. 1023 or lower.
• This problem is different from 'Shop Mode'.
2. Audio Skipping
Intermittent audio skipping when connected to HDMI source (DVD Player).
