SUBJECT: "High Pitch Noise" coming from the TV. This Revision supercedes all previous
versions (ASC20080212001, ASC20080212001 Rev. 1) of this service bulletin.
SYMPTOM: Buzzing or high pitch noise coming from the rear of the LCD TV. Muting the
sound has no effect.
REPAIR: Referring to Table 1 below; if the TV is within the serial number range listed,
replace coil LM851 on the SMPS (BN44-00192A) with part number BN81-01463A. Refer to
photo on the next page for location reference.
