SUBJECT: Wall Mount Bracket Modification
A modified wall mount bracket has recently been released for early 2009 production plasma TV’s.
Effected Models
Not all models are effected with this change. In fact, only models manufactured in February, March, April,
and May of 2009 should be modified. You can easily identify these models by checking the eight and ninth
digit in the serial numbers. A letter S for the eight digit would indicate the unit was manufactured in 2009. A
number 2 for the ninth digit would indicate February production; 3 for March, 4 for April, and 5 for May.
For example:
BE32H1NS200100A This unit would need the modification.
BE32H1NS900100A This unit would NOT need the modification.
