Block noise on digital channels in certain area

When the following symptom occurs, please change the software with the following procedure.
<Symptom>
The Block noise appeared on digital channels in certain area.
In case of the multi pass signal level fluctuate in short time,
<Cause>
In case of the DTV multi pass signal level fluctuate in very short time cycle, then the DTV process calculation error causing the block noise.
