Chassis : ITC250
Symptom / Problem observed :
A black bar is visible on both sides of the screen when a product is connected through the DVI plug.
Solution :
- Replace the software (IR130) by the new version V1.10-0 (PART No 25781460).
- Replace the software (IF270) by the new version V1.10-0 (PART No 25783770).
Caution : The two softwares must be simultaneously changed.
Note : A kit including the two integrated circuits is proposed under the PART N° 35861220.
