With Progressive Scan input on Video 5

Symptom:
(133X) During certain scenes of certain DVD movies titles with progressive scan DVD players. A
slight horizontal banding maybe noticed on the following edge of a moving image.
Cause Sandcastle “clamp” pulse overlaps video signal causing clamping errors.
