Subject: New Bezel Is Available For Easier Speaker Grill
Replacement.

Symptom:
(1161) The corner of the speaker grills may peel away from the front cabinet assembly. To
date, the only methods for replacement of the grills were to use a hot air gun to slowly
and gently remove the grills, or to replace the beznet assembly which requires
removal of the CRT.
Solution: If the customer complains about the speaker grill peeling away, the bezel portion of
the beznet assembly (including speaker grills) is now available as a separate part that
can be replaced without removing the CRT.
