Subject: Elapsed Time Information check method [REVISION 4].
SYMPTOM
Procedure to check Elapsed Time Information (ETI) without entering to Service Mode.
SOLUTION
There are 2 ways to check ETI
1) ETI on screen ETI (text) on screen from ‘contact & Support’
- Power ON TV
- Push 5 times <Help> button on remote
Or in User Interface, select ‘Settings’ – ‘Help’ – ‘Contact & Support’
or ‘Application’ – ‘Help’ – ‘Contact & Support’
- Then push the below key sequence on the remote commander
Option a) <GREEN> + <9> + <UP>(↑) + <STOP>(■) + <YELLOW> + <3>
Option b) <GREEN> + <9> + <UP>(↑) + <YELLOW> + <3> (only 2021 models)
Note: Some Remote Commanders don’t have ‘<STOP>(■)’ button. In such case, use another Remote.
Note: Option b) only works with 2021 models.
