Subject: Apps not working, 'Network not connected' message displayed [Revision 2].
SYMPTOM
- Some applications (for example YouTube) don’t work while some applications (for example Netflix) do work correctly.
- 'Network not connected' message is shown in the home screen.
- The network status in the list of Wi-Fi access point displays 'Connected, No Internet.'
- The time displayed on the home screen is incorrect.
CAUSE
Software error.
SOLUTION
Update the SoftWare version to PKG6.6575 (attached to this Technical Bulletin) or above like explained in the ‘Software packages follow-up’ Technical Bulletin for your applicable chassis. (19TV012, 18TV005, 17TV006, 16TV028).
Download the applicable file attached to this Technical Bulletin, unzip and copy the extracted file to the root of an empty USB stick.

Workaround 1:
Make sure that the clock setting is set to 'Network time'. ( HOME / Settings / Date & Time \ Automatic date & time ).
Note: in some countries, this setting cannot be changed due to certification requirements.
Workaround 2:
In case broadcast channels are installed, go to the TV channels and watch a channel for at least 30 seconds. Then go back to the home screen and check if the time is correct.
