Subject: Procedure to get Self diagnosis history without entering service mode.
SYMPTOM
Procedure to check ‘Diagnosis Menu Information’ without entering Service Mode.
SOLUTION
1) Put the TV in Standby/OFF.
2) Insert the USB stick into the USB slot of the TV set.
3) Turn on the TV.
4) Push the below key sequence on the remote control to turn the TV ON with Self diagnostic screen.
<Yellow> <Green> <Mute> <Up> <Down> (within 2 seconds)
5) TV will write Self Diagnosis information (selfdiaginfo.txt) to USB stick.
