CAUSE
SoftWare incompatibility.
SOLUTION
Update the SoftWare version with the PKG6.4775 (available in the below link) like explained in the ‘Software packages follow-up’ Technical Bulletin for your applicable chassis. ( 20TV005 )
Download the applicable file from the link mentioned in the below table, unzip and copy the extracted file to the root of an empty USB stick.
