Subject: DVB-S installation not possible. SW pkg to install after board exchange [REVISION 2]
SYMPTOM
DVB-S installation not possible after Factory Reset with SoftWare PKG 6.0152, PKG 6.0384 & PKG 6.0414 installed.
CAUSE
Software error.
SOLUTION
Update the SoftWare version to PKG6.0415 (attached to this Technical Bulletin) or above like explained in the ‘Software packages follow-up’ Technical Bulletin for your applicable chassis. (20TV012)
Download the applicable file attached to this Technical Bulletin, unzip and copy the extracted file ( sony_dtv0FA80A0CA0AC_00004100_16004151000055.zip ) to the root of an empty USB stick.

PKG 6.0415 NOTE: Update to PKG 6.0415 or above can only be done if PKG6.0414 is already installed.
If SW version in TV is older than PKG 6.0414, please download and install PKG 6.0414 first before you update PKG 6.0415. PKG 6.0414 is available in 20TV012.
