Model Version Information data not correctly written.
SOLUTION
Update Software to PKG6.3635 or above like explained in the ‘Software packages follow-up’ Technical Bulletin for your applicable chassis. (19TV007)
Write Model Version Information like explained below.
Service Mode > Model Information > Model Number Setting > OK
